CONSENT ____      

This is your consent to allow PetalVision Glass to preserve your items using our expert knowledge, best judgment, and discretion. Preservation of your materials is custom work and subject to creative designs made at the design stage.

SHIPPING ____      

The initial cost of shipping materials to PetalVision Glass will be assumed by the sender and the cost to ship items back will be paid for by PetalVision Glass. Exception: If PetalVision Glass retrieves materials, shipping items back to client is on the client.

COLOR CHANGES ____      

Color changes are natural; expect some flowers to dry darker or lighter than the original color. Some air bubbles may occur naturally.

TURNAROUND TIME ____      

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for return of glass item(s). You will be notified when materials arrive to the studio and when items ship, with tracking.

LIABILITY ____      

For any damages to your materials prior to their arrival cannot be assumed by PetalVision Glass. It is your responsibility to pack your materials appropriately as described on our website.

If sending dried flowers loose in tissue, make sure the flowers are completely dry before sending, or mold forms on the flowers by the time they arrive to the studio.

LEFTOVER PETALS ____      

PetalVision Glass does not return leftover petals or feathers. Pet hair/fur will be discarded if not used in a design. Ashes will be returned if not used. Ideally, a single 1-inch pendant uses only 1 or 2 petals.
