DAMAGE/RETURNS

We would like for you to be happy with your purchase so if you don’t love an item please email us to start the process within 14 days of delivery. Please note, every sale supports an independent artist. Kindly think of regifting the item if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We appreciate you.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we can replace the item. We will only be able to replace any damaged items if notified within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on made to order, custom pieces. These works are handmade with extra care and time. This includes custom notes and bookmarks. Terms and Conditions Apply.

REPAIRS- $50 repairs after 2 years

If anything happens to your product you are guaranteed free repairs up to 2 years after your purchase date. After 2 years, it is $50 to repair. The cost of shipping will be assumed by the customer and PVG will assume the cost of sending it back after it is repaired. If only a new chain or necklace is desired, please email us at petalvisionglass@gmail.com to obtain a new chain or cord for a small fee.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products come with an identity card that explains the process and what is inside (feather, flower, etc.)

Glass jewelry is great for casual wear, but due to the nature of the material, it should be treated with care.  Each piece is handmade, so please allow for some variation between pieces.

To clean the jewelry, it is recommended to use a cloth or paper towel that is damp with soap and water to clean the surface of the glass, but do not soak in water, wear in the shower, or go into a swimming pool, ocean, lake, etc., while wearing PetalVision Glass designs.

Please, do not wear the jewelry when exercising, bathing, swimming or doing heavy work, so as not to hit the glass or tear the cord.
